Building Trust for Collective Action: A Framework for Capacity Building - This white paper summarizes a framework I developed in 2024-2026 based on nearly 60 interviews with social change leaders and their collaborators. Written as a summary for practitioners, it explores the leadership competencies associated with building trust with and between other people for collective action.
